Agarose Gel Electrophoresis is the routinely used technique in the Molecular Biology laboratory for the separation of DNA fragments depending upon their molecular mass. It is also used for checking the quality and quantity of the DNA isolated. The separated DNA can be visualized in U.V. Transilluminator. This kit will be provided with the Agarose, gel preparation buffers, running buffer, Ethidium bromide, DNA samples, loading buffer and instruction manual.
