Biological sequence identificationIn many fields, such as genomic sequencing and analysis, it may be desirable to identify repetitive sequences of interest in a data series, either to assist in compression and manipulation of the data or to facilitate analysis. Further, it may be desirable to identify such sequences in a computationally efficient manner and also determining the function of a gene by finding a similar gene in another organism with a known function. So here we use BLAST for solving the problem of identifying an unknown sequence. BDRC can help the scientists to improve the quality in their research work in different area.
