A TOOL FOR COMPLETE ANALYSIS OF NUCLEOTIDE AND POLYPEPTIDE SEQUENCE

A large number of tools have been developed for the analysis of master biomolecules with particular emphasis on normalization of data, detection of differentially expressive genes, clustering of genes and regulatory network etc. On the other hand there are very few tools and programs developed for complete analysis of nucleotide and polypeptide including the data with particular emphasis and complete data related to any master biomolecules like physical, chemical and structural properties. We found that there is a need to develop a tool or program which can provide the complete data related to any biomolecules. The tool which we developed takes the linear nucleotide or polypeptide sequence as a input data for the further processing and results in the complete primary, secondary, physical and chemical report data by analyzing the given polypeptide or nucleotide sequence. In case of polypeptide sequence, this tool also able to detect the whether desired pattern is present in the given query sequence .in case of DNA or RNA sequence, this tool accurately creates a complimentary and reverse complimentary sequence for the given query sequence. The basic concept which relates DNA,RNA and protein is the central dogma of life, which is controlled by genetic code, hence this tool is featured with Genetic code so that one can refer it for accuracy and further research.

A program or tool always requires an updation depending on research, report of program and need for new task. This version of our tool is also requires some updation, time to time to improve the proficiency of the tool. Future work is going on for finding the pattern repeats and their position , pattern repeats of non similar amino acids, pattern repeats in specific organism and to find out the alternative splicing, exons, introns in the given sequence. The next version will be equipped with all these features.
